“El proyecto que se pretende desarrollar, consiste en la creación de un complejo arquitectónico destinado al rescate de la identidad cultural de la población, enfocado específicamente a promover la conservación de los sitios arqueológicos considerados lugares sagradas y las aéreas protegidas como los son los bosques.

El elemento arquitectónico tendrá implícitas características culturales y simbólicas propias de las funciones a que esta destinado (simbolismo), el proyecto deberá además ser coherente con su entorno urbano inmediato, ya que el municipio de Patzún posee en su casco histórico, edificios con características coloniales y barrocas visiblemente marcadas. Se pretende readecuar elementos urbanísticos con el fin de lograr una armonía urbanística real entre todos los elementos arquitectónicos que conforman el centro histórico del municipio”^[1]. El principal objetivo de crear un centro cultural, en la formación de Museos, es para promover el desarrollo educativo de la población, incentivar a la sociedad a la preservación de los sitios arqueológicos prehispánicos y los bosques que vienen siendo las fuentes energéticas de oxigeno para la población.

It is tried to readecuar city-planning elements with the purpose of to obtain real a city-planning harmony between all the architectonic elements that conform the historical center of the municipality” [1]. The main objective to create a cultural center, in the formation of Museums, is for promoting the educative development of the population, to stimulate to the society to the preservation of the pre-Hispanic archaeological sites and the forests that come being the sources energetics from I oxygenate for the population.

Planeación estratégica

El objetivo de la planeación estratégica, consiste en trabajar de manera conjunta en la administración por valores dar sentido humanitario al proceso de gestión obteniendo los máximos beneficios sociales, culturales, educativos para la sociedad, que involucre económicamente un proyecto de desarrollo sostenible.

La administración por valores, viene a ser una especie de marco global para diseñar un proyecto que tomen encuentra el desarrollo de un Museo comunitario, la expansión de la investigación del sitio Arqueológico en una temporalidad Postclásico (900 d.C. – 1524 d.C.) y de las Áreas Forestales consideradas sagradas. Que a la vez generen compromisos colectivos partiendo de las sociedades en común.

Strategic planning

The objective of the strategic planning, consists of working of joint way in the administration by values of giving to humanitarian sense to the management process obtaining the maximum social, cultural, educative benefits for the society, that involves a project of sustainable development economically. The administration by values, comes to be a species of global frame to design a project that take finds the development of a communitarian Museum, the expansion of the investigation of the Archaeological site in a temporality Postclásico (900 d.C. - 1524 d.C.) and of the Forest Areas considered sagradas. That simultaneously they generate commitments collective starting off of the societies common.

Misión

Debido a lo importante que es para toda organización enmarcar el campo de aplicación de sus actividades, a continuación se presenta la misión a manera de propuesta. Para el centro cultural enfocado a la preservación de las áreas verdes, el patrimonio cultural a través del Museo, y de la investigación, preservación y conservación de los sitios arqueológicos de Patzún, Chimaltenango.

“Somos un Centro Cultural comprometido con la comunidad nacional e internacional, con la tarea de conservar, preservar, educar, estudiar e interpretar la cultura de Patzún. Resguardando el patrimonio Cultura tangible e intangible , cómo también el patrimonio Natural en los bosques y fauna.

Mission

For the focused cultural center to the preservation of the green areas, the cultural patrimony through Museum, and of the investigation, preservation and conservation of the archaeological sites of Patzún, Chimaltenango. “We are a Cultural Center it jeopardize with the national and international community, with the task of conserving, of preserving, of educating, of studying and of interpreting the culture of Patzún. Protecting the patrimony tangible and intangible Culture, how also the Natural patrimony in the forests and fauna.

3.1.2. Visión

Una colaboración conjunta que busque la creaciones de centro que controle la auto gestión sostenible, que refleje la realidad histórica del patrimonio cultural y natural, por medio de una comunicación efectiva, capaz de crear un cambio en el sentir de los visitantes por medio de la educación, promoción, conservación.

3.1.2. Vision

A joint collaboration that looks for the creations of center that controls the car sustainable management, that reflects the historical reality of the cultural and natural patrimony, by means of an effective communication, able to create a change in the feeling of the visitors by means of the education, promotion, conservation.

3.1.3. Valores

La creación de un Museo como primer orden es el centro cultural, tendrá una firme convicción que todo trabajo, tanto en los colaboradores como en el público visitante. Por ello, es necesario fomentarlos tanto dentro como fuera del centro cultural.

3.1.3. Values

Servicio: Aportar al desarrollo de la sociedad de Patzún, a través de los aportes científicos, antropólogos, arqueólogos, ecólogos, conservadores, pedagogos, en cada una de las ramas. Que complementen en este proyecto, el deseo de preservar el matrimonio cultural, tangible e intangible, el medio ambiente, como de los lugares sagrados.

Service: To contribute to the development of the society of Patzún, through the scientific contributions, anthropologists, archaeologists, ecologists, conservatives, educators, in each one of the branches. That they complement in this project, desire to preserve the cultural, tangible and intangible marriage, the environment, like of the sacred places.

Respeto: Este respeto se basa en la idea de que somos una sociedad Multicultural y plurilingue, tomando en cuenta la existencia del derecho indígena, y la igualdad de derechos civiles y ciudadanos.

Responsabilidad: Los centros culturales, juegan un papel imprescindible en la sociedad. Por ello, es necesario ser responsables con la información transmitida a nuestros visitantes, principalmente por la necesidad de conocimientos que ellos demandan.

Participación: Nuestros colaboradores, son la parte fundamental para la organización. Por ello, es necesario establecer un diálogo basado en la diversidad intelectual, cultural y social de cada uno de ellos.

“El casco histórico colonial del municipio de Patzún, ubicado en el departamento de Chimaltenango Guatemala, representa un complejo con especiales características, debido a la particular arquitectura de cada uno de los edificios que lo conforman.

“The colonial historical helmet of the municipality of Patzún, located in the department of Chimaltenango Guatemala, represents a complex with special characteristics, due to the particular architecture of each one of the buildings conform that it.

Quizá el complejo religioso católico, sea lo que más resalta del entorno urbano, éste consiste en un templo con su atrio, casa parroquial y convento, los cuales con particularidades de rasgos barrocos coloniales, hacen que el centro del municipio luzca imponente en rasgos que recuerdan la época colonial.

Perhaps the catholic religious complex, is what it stands out more of the urban surroundings, this one consists of a temple with their vestibule, parochial house and convent, which with particularitities of colonial baroque characteristics, causes that the center of the municipality shines imposing in characteristics that remember the colonial time.

Dentro del contexto urbano, el parque central del municipio, constituye sin duda un elemento ornamental con funciones de recreación y estar para la población, posee un trazo de ejes concéntricos, como eje central una fuente labrada en piedra que data de la época colonial, estando ésta dentro del inventario del Instituto de Antropología e Historia (IDAEH), el cual la ha catalogado como un monumento y es considerado como patrimonio cultural nacional junto con el convento y la iglesia católica.

Por otro lado se encuentran, el sitio arqueológico que data de tiempos prehispánicos de temporalidad postclásica, cuya procedencia cultura fue la cultura Kakchiquel, que resulta para mucha de la población una atracción turística, pero no una fuente de educación para la conservación de sitios arqueológicos. Y por ultimo se encuentran los bosques de este municipio, Patzun, que consisten en áreas protegidas para la conservación, de sistemas de tierras ejidales.

On the other hand they are, the archaeological site that data of pre-Hispanic times of postclassic temporality, whose origin culture was the Kakchiquel culture, that is for much from the population a tourist attraction, but not a source of education for the conservation of archaeological sites. And finally are the forests of this municipality, Patzun, that consist of protected areas for the conservation, of ejidales earth systems.
