Your ideas have very deep meaning from the view point of human being, and very wide meaning from the view point of societies and academic studies.

So I think this paper is good for the fundamental material for FUDECSO activities, in future, this paper will be referred many times as the original spirit of FUDECSO org.

First it is that now we are fixing the legal steps due to the little organization who tapeworm previously for registers the ONG in Guatemala, the name that I put to him is Foundation for the Development of the Culture and the Society, FUDECSO, although we can realise a fusion of this organization with yours, we would call for example it M-Sakunetworks- FUDECSO, that could be a ONG of international type and to make projects anywhere in the world.
